• Vehicle and driving details supplied for a quote, including the vehicle described, distance travelled, the address where it is kept overnight and the drivers named on a policy.
• Message content submitted through the contact form, along with the subject chosen.
• Technical information recorded automatically by the site, such as browser type, device type, general location derived from an internet address and the pages viewed.

Information supplied through this site is used to produce quotes, to keep a policy accurate and to respond to questions raised. It is not used to build profiles for unrelated purposes.

• Preparing, adjusting and presenting auto insurance quotes and coverage options.
• Creating and maintaining an account, including saved quotes and coverage selections.
• Responding to enquiries, requests for policy changes and questions about claims.
• Sending service messages such as quote confirmations, renewal notices and policy reminders where consent has been given.
• Improving how the site works, spotting technical faults and protecting against misuse.

Consent for text messages is separate from creating an account and is never a condition of receiving a quote. Service messages and promotional messages are treated as distinct permissions, and each one can be granted or refused on its own.

Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP to any message ends future messages of that type, and replying HELP returns assistance information.
